How do I place a custom rug order?
Visit our CUSTOM RUG page to calculate an estimated price, choose your rug details, upload a design reference, and send us your request. Once we review the information, we’ll contact you to confirm the design, final price, and production timeline.
Can I customise the design?
Absolutely. You can customise the colours, pattern, shape, size, lettering, and other design details. Share your idea with us, and we’ll help turn it into a rug made especially for you.
How long does a custom order take?
Production time depends on the rug’s size and design complexity. Custom orders typically take from 5 days to complete. We’ll provide a more accurate timeline once we review your rug details and confirm the order.
How much does a custom rug cost?
You can use the rug price calculator on our website to receive an approximate price based on the rug’s size, number of colours, and lettering. Please note that the final price may vary depending on the complexity of the design and other custom details.
Do you offer design consultations?
Yes. Before placing an order, we can answer your questions, discuss your idea, and help you choose the most suitable options for your rug.
Can you help me create the rug design?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed, we can develop the design, prepare it for tufting, and, when needed, help turn your idea, image, or sketch into a suitable rug design.
CUSTOM RUGS
What materials are used for your rugs?
Our rugs are made using high-quality acrylic yarn, cotton tufting cloth, a durable felt backing, and specialised adhesive. Contact us if you have any questions or specific material preferences.
Are the colours accurate in real life?
We do our best to represent colours accurately, but they may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting. We’ll work with you to find colours that match your design as closely as possible.
How do you ensure the quality of each rug?
Every rug is carefully inspected throughout the production process and checked again before delivery. We also take final photos to confirm the rug’s condition and quality before it is sent or collected.
How do I pay for a custom rug?
You can pay using a secure payment link, by invoice, or in cash at our studio. Custom rugs require full payment before production begins. As each rug is made specifically for you, the payment confirms your order and covers the materials, design preparation, and production time reserved for your project.
What types of workshops are available?
We offer individual workshops, group workshops, tufting dates for two, parties and private events, as well as off-site workshops for weddings, corporate events, and other celebrations.

What designs are suitable for workshops?
Workshop designs should be simple and ideally use no more than three to five colours. Clear shapes and limited details are easier to complete during the session.
We’ll help you select or adjust a design that is both enjoyable and achievable.
What happens during a workshop?
You’ll learn the basics of tufting, including how to use a tufting gun and work with the main rug-making materials.
You’ll transfer your design onto the tufting cloth, prepare the yarn, and tuft your own rug with guidance from our team. In-studio workshops also include breaks with drinks and snacks.
When will my rug be ready?
Our team will finish and back your rug within two weeks after the workshop. We’ll contact you when it is ready for collection or delivery, depending on your chosen arrangement.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a little yarn or dust on. Long hair should be tied back so it cannot get caught in the tufting equipment.
How do I book and pay for a workshop?
You can pay using a secure payment link, by invoice, or in cash at our studio by prior arrangement.
Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Your workshop date is reserved only after payment has been received, allowing us to begin preparing the design, yarn, and other materials for your session.
Please book at least three to five days in advance, depending on the workshop type and rug size, so we have enough time to prepare everything.
WORKSHOPS
What is included in the workshop?
All workshops include the necessary materials and tools, guidance from our team, and the finishing of your rug after the session.
In-studio workshops also include snacks and drinks. Off-site workshops include transportation and setup at the agreed venue.
What age are the workshops suitable for?
Workshops are suitable for participants aged 16 and above. Younger participants may also join when accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian.
What happens if I cancel my workshop?
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your workshop.
Cancellations made at least three full days before the workshop are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made less than three full days before the workshop, 50% of the total workshop price will be refunded, as the date has already been reserved and preparation may already be underway.
Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability and how early we receive your request.
Where do you deliver?
We offer studio pickup in Riga, delivery throughout Latvia, and international delivery to selected destinations.
Smaller rugs may be sent using parcel machines, while larger or heavier rugs are delivered by courier. The available delivery method depends on the rug’s size, weight, and destination.
Can I return or exchange a custom rug?
Custom rugs are designed and made specifically for you, so they cannot normally be returned or exchanged.
Before production begins, we confirm the design, dimensions, colours, and other important details. We also inspect the finished rug and can provide photos before collection or delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
Approximate delivery prices start from:
Latvia — €5
Estonia and Lithuania — €12
Europe and the UK — €30
International delivery — €50
The final price depends on the rug’s dimensions, weight, destination, and whether it can be sent through a parcel machine or requires courier delivery.
For in-stock rugs, the available delivery price is shown with each product. Delivery for custom rugs is calculated separately and confirmed before payment.
In some cases, smaller rugs may cost less to deliver than the listed starting price. Contact us with the rug details and destination, and we’ll check the most affordable available option.
Can I return an in-stock rug?
In-stock rugs purchased online may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning the rug. The rug must be unused and returned in its original condition. Return delivery is paid by the customer unless the rug is faulty or incorrect. Once received and inspected, the eligible refund will be issued using the original payment method.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
What should I do if my rug arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the rug and its packaging. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution. When an item is faulty, damaged, or different from what was ordered, the applicable return or replacement costs will be covered by us.
How do I care for my rug?
Vacuum your rug regularly using a low-suction setting or handheld attachment. Keep it away from excessive moisture and clean spills as soon as possible.
How should I vacuum my tufted rug?
Use a low-power setting or handheld attachment. Avoid strong suction, beater bars, and rotating brushes, as they may pull, twist, or damage the tufted fibres.
How should I clean spills or stains?
Blot the area immediately with a clean, undyed cloth. Gently dab with a slightly damp cloth, but do not rub or soak the rug, as this may damage the fibres and backing.
For difficult stains or deeper cleaning, we recommend contacting a professional rug cleaner.
Can I wash my rug in a washing machine?
Yes, but only on a very gentle cycle.
Do not wring: Never twist or wring your rug, as this can distort its shape and damage the fibres.
Do not iron: Ironing can melt or scorch the fibres, so keep irons away from the rug.
Tumble dry with caution: If using a dryer, select a low-temperature setting only.
