ONE BIG RUG / CELEBRATIONS

ONE BIG RUG / CELEBRATIONS is a creative event experience for birthdays, weddings, hen parties, corporate events, conferences, team gatherings, or private celebrations. Together, participants will create one larger shared rug that reflects your event and becomes a unique handmade keepsake.

Rug size: recommended size 100 × 100 cm or another proportion up to 1 m²
Format: in-studio or off-site celebration
Participants: suitable for groups and event guests
Duration: 3–4 hours
Included: all materials, tools, and guidance from our team. For off-site celebrations, transportation of the setup is included.
Finishing: shaving, gluing, and carving will be completed after the workshop by our team, so your rug looks clean and polished.

Please choose a rug design that reflects your celebration or event, ideally with no more than 5 colours. Themed designs, names, dates, symbols, or brand-inspired visuals work well, but the design should still be clear and enjoyable for participants to create.

Please book at least 7 days in advance so we can prepare your design, materials, and yarn in your chosen colours.

Please wear comfortable clothes that are safe for working with tufting equipment. Avoid loose sleeves, delicate clothing, and accessories that could get in the way. Long hair should be tied back during the workshop.

All workshop bookings are confirmed manually, as we need to approve your preferred date and time, review your design, prepare the required yarn colours, and confirm the final number of participants before your visit.

We will contact you personally to discuss all important details before the workshop. An invoice will be sent once the booking details have been confirmed. Your booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received.

The final price may depend on the chosen format, rug size, design, location, and event details. If additional payment is needed, the invoice will be sent after we confirm your booking details.
